Questions

How long does production take?

These are pre-orders. Our printer is on its way, and production begins as soon as it lands. We'll email you a confirmed ship date before we start making your piece — and you can cancel for a full refund at any point before production begins.

How long does shipping take?

Pre-orders ship once production begins — we'll confirm your date by email first. Shipping is a flat $15 within Canada and $25 to the United States, added at checkout.

What is your refund policy?

Cancel any time before production starts and we'll refund you in full — just email us. Once we begin making your piece we can't cancel it, because it's made specifically for you and can't be resold.

If your keepsake arrives damaged, faulty, or noticeably different from the 3D preview you approved, we'll remake it or refund you in full. Tell us within 14 days of delivery and send a photo — you won't need to ship it back for us to start.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights. Because each piece is personalised it's exempt from standard change-of-mind returns, but a mistake on our side is always ours to fix.

Can you use any book cover?

Yes — enter any ISBN and we'll pull the cover automatically, or upload your own cover art. By placing an order you confirm you have the right to use the cover you provide; pieces are made for personal keepsakes, not resale.
